Refund Policy – Neon World

At Neon World, we offer a 30-day return policy for select neon signs. This policy does not apply to custom products, which are uniquely made and non-refundable.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase

  • Returns apply only to full-priced items (not discounted or promotional stock)

Return Process

  • Contact us at info@neonworld.ae to initiate a return

  • We will send return instructions and a shipping label

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Warranty and Faulty Items

  • 24-Month Guarantee: Covers internal faults for up to 2 years

  • Defective Items: Report within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence

Custom and Handcrafted Items

  • Custom Orders are non-refundable, but you may request modifications within 4 hours of purchase

  • Slight color/shape variations due to handcrafted production are normal and not defects

Import Fees & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties payable by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods, personal care items, flammables, gift cards, and sale items are excluded

Damages and Disputes

  • Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours with documentation

  • Inspection must be allowed by the seller upon report of defect or damage

  • Claims submitted later than 48 hours after delivery may not be accepted

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
